Payment Processing 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, PayPal, Affirm Payments, and Shop Pay. Orders are processed in real time on business days. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day. Please contact us immediately if you need to adjust your order.

Sales tax is applied based on your shipping address and local regulations. Please review your order details carefully before finalizing your purchase, as pricing and shipping options are subject to change.

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you aren’t completely happy with your purchase, our return policy includes:

  • Within 30 Days: Return for a full refund or store credit. (Pre-paid return labels are provided for store credit returns.)

  • 31–90 Days: Eligible for store credit only.

How To Return Your Order

  1. Call TIMETOSPA at 1.800.423.5293 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) to begin your return process
  2. TIMETOSPA will email you the Return Merchandise Authorization Form to fill out.
  3. Once the form is completed, you will receive your RMA# which needs to be written on the outside of the box as well as the RMA Form to be included inside of the box.
  4. TIMETOSPA will provide the proper return address for our warehouse to send your package to once you receive your RMA#.

Return Policy

  1. Returns can be made within the first 30 days of purchase for Refund* or Store Credit*. Customer will receive a pre-paid shipping label for store credit returns completed within 30 days of purchase. (For credit card refunds, customer is responsible for return shipping costs)
  2. Returns can be made up to 60 days from purchase date for a Store Credit only. (Customer is responsible for return shipping costs)
  3. Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the case of TIMETOSPA error, the customer will qualify for a full refund including shipping charges if reported within 30 days of purchase date. TIMETOSPA has the sole right to determine the responsibility of the error.
  4. The RMA must be returned with the package or else the returned order will not be processed. Returning items without proper authorization may result in the package being returned or discarded, in this event, TIMETOSPA will not be liable.
  5. A copy of the invoice must accompany returned merchandise along with RMA form.
  6. Product purchased with a Store Credit are not returnable.
  7. All merchandise must be inspected upon receipt, otherwise TIMETOSPA will not be liable.
  8. For shipments damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Do not throw away any of the package’s components. A replacement or refund will not be issued on items discarded prior to authorization.
  9. We require that customers contact us within 30 days of the purchase date with any quality control issues, damaged packaging or product dissatisfaction. All merchandise must be inspected upon receipt; otherwise TIMETOSPA will not be liable.

Cancellations

Orders are processed in real time and are processed as received. Edits cannot be made to an order once placed. Please contact our team for support and we will do what we can to process your request.

Shipping Information

  1. Processing and shipping only takes place on "business days" Monday - Friday only. Weekends and holidays listed below are not included.
  2. Orders placed after 2pm EST are considered the next business days transaction and will not be processed and shipped the follow business day.
  3. Signatures may be required for select deliveries. Please ensure your ship to address is ready to accept deliveries and someone is available to sign for the package.
  4. We do not offer weekend delivery.
  5. All undeliverable packages will be charged a re-shipment fee.
  6. All delivery charges are subject to change.
  7. Please Note: Your country may require you to pay an import charge for your products. We advise you check this prior to placing your order. timetospa is not liable for these charges.

Domestic Shipping Charges - Fedex Ground Service

      1. For Orders $50 or more - Fedex Ground Service: FREE in the continental contiguous US
      2. US Fedex 2-Day  - $21
      3. US Fedex Next Day  - $24

International Shipping Charges

Shipping rates for approved international destinations are determined by the distance from our fulfillment center to your address. Please note that local import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply and are the recipient’s responsibility. By completing your order, you acknowledge compliance with any regulations in your country.
