Q: WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY FOR MY PRODUCTS PURCHASE ON MY RECENT CRUISE?

A: We offer a 30‑day money‑back guarantee* on all onboard spa purchases. 

  • 0‑30 days: Refund* or store credit** (free prepaid label for store‑credit option).

  • 31‑90 days: Store credit only.

*Shipping charges are non‑refundable.
**Store credit is valid for any product on timetospa.com.


Q: HOW CAN I SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST?

A: Visit timetospa.com/theonboardspa to file electronically, or call 1‑855‑848‑3059.


Q: HOW DO I RETURN MY PACKAGE?

A: After your request is approved, we will email a return‑authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Include the RMA inside the box and on the label, and ship with a traceable carrier.

Q: I HAVE THE INCORRECT ITEM HOW CAN I EXCHANGE IT?

A: Email postcruisecustomerservice@timetospa.com with your name, cruise line and ship, cabin number, sailing date, mailing address, and phone number. We will arrange the exchange.

Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY HOME DELIVERY ORDER?

A: Orders are processed at the end of your cruise and should arrive within 10 business days.
