We took a Norwegian cruise last August and attended the InBody presentation. We ended up paying for the InBody composition testing and was presented a plan to reduce our BMI and "cleanse" our body. We agreed to a plan that was over $5700, but after more consideration we decided to cancel the order. After trying the customer service desk who sent us back to the Spa, they then said we would have to talk to the guy that we signed with. We made an appointment and cancelled in person 2 days after the initial meeting. They shipped the products a full week after we cancelled anyway. Then the true nature of the company begins. I had to obtain a return authorization and ship back at our expense. We did that, then they claimed we only shipped back part of what we received. They continue to refuse to provide a full refund even though the return box and shipping weight was an exact match to the box received. I took pictures of what was returned but to no avail. For context, Washington State law provides for a 3 work day cancellation period for Spa and Spa products. We sailed from Seattle and was charged WA. State tax so it was within the state jurisdiction. In the end, we ate over $3800 from this unscrupulous company. Do yourself a favor and look at their BBB history. Don't make the same mistake we made.
My wife and I when on a cruise earlier in the year , we attended a health seminar and was told about Elemis detox and vitamin pack. I was told that I needed a full year treatment and my wife needed a 90 days supply. well must say that after using it for 3 months I can see great improvement. I have lost the stubborn belly fat and a little. also I feel a lot fitter.

I have been conscientious about my health, fitness and weight for a long time. While on a Biblelands cruise on Celebrity I took advantage of one of the free infomercials on health and metabolism. It was interesting and certainly had what I consider accurate information. Of course part of the is schtick is at the end of the presentation is to schedule people for a “free” body and nutritional analysis. Well, I thought, no harm in that I would like to know what my body composition is so I scheduled.
Assuming the testing is accurate I did get some information, but then starts the sales pitch about the need to detox the body and by using this product consecutively for 4 - 4 month programs, I would have wonderful results for 7 years before I would have to do it again!
NORMALLY I am not gullible, but I was going through a bad spell and was looking for answers which the sales guy assured me this program was part of. I got talked into a year program, 4 times through the 3 months for a total of $1,800!
I have just finished the for 3 months AND LET ME TELL YOU...ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IS IMPROVED OR DIFFERENT, except of course my waller is lighter, I feel like a fool and some guy got a big commission.
Please don't do what I did. If you want to pursue something along this line, work with a licensed and certified naturapathic doctor.
Now I have three more months of c*** to take or to I just dump it and chock it up to an expensive, learning experience?

I bought the 90 cleanse on a cruise for over $500. I’ve done everything that I was told to do SMS nothing has changed. The main reason I wanted to do this was because I have chronic constipation. This promised to make me regular. “Like a newborn baby” the guy said. Well, 90 days in and I’m still constipated. This is so bogus. I feel exactly as I did when I started. No energy boost, no weight loss and definitely no regularity. I’m VERY disappointed.

My husband and I bought into the supplements by a trainer on NCL who hyped them during our Alaska cruise July 2025. The detox (first box) made us “poop” more than normal but not a have to run to the bathroom situation. We both just started our 3rd Renew bottle (blue box) and notice nothing different. Zero pounds lost even though we are doing as trainer instructed. He also sold us on having contact with him thru email during the 9 month process. Lie!!!!!! NCL doesn't allow passengers/crew contact. We were duped for $3600.00. Dont buy into the hype. Or at least only buy the detox box!

I bought this on a Cruise in 2022. I liked the Clean Diaetary Supplement only because it makes you regular. It is very gentle. All the other bottles are a waste of money. The main ingredient in the Clean Supplement is Magnesium (citrate and oxide) 113 mg
