ELEMIS RENEW 21 Day Digestive Support System

We purchased two Renew 21 day digestive support system cleanses. We purchased at a spa on a cruise. We paid $230 each... spending $460 total. We followed the directions explicitly and took for 21 consecutive days beginning October 1, 2025 and last dose on October 21, 2025. You take three pills every morning and drink a tea mixture every evening. We weighted ourselves at the beginning of the cleanse and at the end of the cleanse ... no noted weight loss or visible changes. We noticed no changes in bowl movements over the 21 days.

Renew offered us no results over the 21 days and we would NOT recommend this product to those considering a cleanse.

Technicians oversold a product that had no results by consumer.

I agree with a lot of the reviews here, both the negative and the positive ones. I feel like new detox customers need to remember that detox takes a long time. It's not instant results. For as many years as one has accumulated toxins, it may take that many years to get them out. It is a journey, not a sprint. My fiance and I have have tried many detox methods and each time with some results, notable and less notable. This system is great. We did the 21-day detox and are half way through our 3 month cleanse program. He is losing centimeters on his waistline and I am noticing less bloating. I am also experiencing symptoms of detox (herxing) like itchyness and sore legs. There is definitely something happening here.

That being said, I also agree that *support could be better*. We too had been promised a team of support agents to answer questions and the possibility of being able to talk with the trainer. So far that has not happened. I tracked down a 1-800 number here and resorted to calling since email always went unanswered. Finally I reached someone who said they would forward my question to my trainer since it pertained specifically to the workout routine that they couldn't answer. So far no response back on that. We should be put immediately in contact with a represntative that will help us along the way, before even leaving the boat. We should also be given the PDF packet that can be found here on the site with all the instructions about using the system. I found that packet later but I am glad to have it now. Also they need to correct the dosage recommendations on the Senna Tea. We, like others here, took the recommended dose of 2 scoops (and not one as it should be) and ran out before the 21-day protocol.
All in all the system is great, but they need to work on their customer service.

My husband and I bought into the supplements by a trainer on NCL who hyped them during our Alaska cruise July 2025. The detox made us “poop” more than normal but not a have to run to the bathroom situation. We both just started our 3rd Renew bottle and notice nothing different. Zero pounds lost even though we are doing as trainer instructed. He also sold us on having contact with him thru email during the 9 month process. Lie!!!!!! NCL doesn't allow passengers/crew contact. We were duped for $3600.00. Dont buy into the hype. Or at least only buy the detox box!

I bought the renew and cleanse system in a cruise. You would think that when you spend that much it would come with directions in which system box to use first or some sort of welcome email. I had to email the general box and they are closed on the weekends. I would expect more service and support while using the two systems. Now I have to wait for a response when it could have all been avoided with upfront communication. Bought mine on NCL

I got this detox on a princess ship and by far it has been one of the best investments I’ve done on my health, I’ve lost about 40lbs of fat in the last 9 months and my blood sugar levels and my cholesterol is low. I’m happy by far with the results I’ve achieved!

I bought this on a cruise ship in June 2025 and it arrived at the beginning on July. I just got done with the 21 day system. It really works! I have been struggling to loose weight for years and my energy level is through the roof! Would definitely recommend!

I have ulcerative colitis, and I am currently NOT in a flare-up. I go between UC with diarrhea or constipation at times. This cleanse was recommended while I enjoyed a Norwegian cruise spa day. I was reluctant at first due to the cost, but I am so glad I decided to make this investment. It has gently worked on my GI system to cleanse it thoroughly daily. I feel like I am having complete, regular bowel movements daily, which I have never had before. It helps with my energy and bloat. I highly recommend this product. I will purchase this again for another cleanse down the road.

Purchased on NCL cruise but if you follow bottle instructions if Adena yea it says 1 tsp. However, ran out of it before week 3 ended. Now looking at info here it says 1/2 tsp which would provide sufficient product to match pulls. Elemis won't support this issue as it is only sold as a cruise product. At almost $275 Cdn for 21 days I hope someone will provide additional senna tea as purchased. Please reach out

My wife and I were sold on this by the personal trainer on Radiance of the Seas ship. He really seemed to know what he was talking about. We found the product expensive because it was priced in US$ and paid for in AU$. Having completed 2 months of the program, feeling great, looking good? Quite invigorating to not feel hungry, and notice that ones bowels are moving better. Obviously works for me.

I bought this on a Carnival Cruise on 02-Nov-19 … and it was worth every cent ($199) I paid. I've lost about 10 lbs without any modification in my diet, nor have I been able to go the gym (due to a shoulder injury). It really cleans you out and the probiotic really helps my stomach. I was passing on October 19, 2019 when I notice the sign for a health seminar; We were invited to sit in and 6 of us accept the opportunity (1)we didnt have anything to do and (2) how does it hurt yo listen. well we sat for 2 hours listening to these experts on Carnival Horizon. I must the information was beneficial and we decided to try 3 months of the products. I received my products on November 10 and start using November 11. Presently it work wonders..I have lost 10 lbs and still have one week to go with the 21 days detox system. My advice to all; read all labels when shopping for your products and stay off fruits for the first month as recommended by the seller. I am watching to see how much more I will lose but I am really satisfied as to what I am seeing. I will keep you all posted by the end of the 21 days.

This product does work. My bloated stomach has gone down, I definitely have more energy. I feel better now than I have in 4 years. I’ve had a lot of personal stress as well as work related stress. This renew program gave me back the energy and clear mind I have been missing. The tea works best if you add the water and let it sit for 20 minutes. The ingredients soften and you drink all the nutrients. Otherwise when you get yo the last gulp there is residue that you don’t get.
