I’ve dealt with chronic plantar fasciitis for over 24 years, used various shoe inserts, shots in feet to no relief.
These arch supports changed everything for me, I’m back to walking miles at a time pain free!

I was measured on Carnival pride in 2024, which was a late November cruise by the time I received my pair. It was December late of 2024. I had worn them up until April 2025 and I couldn’t figure out why my feet were getting worse. So I continue to wear them. I talk to someone on the cruise they said give it some more time I didn’t have them on fully for six months. Then in November 2025, we were on a cruise brought the full package inserts and inserts. Along with my receipt, the lady on the carnival radiance who was the spa manager told me I had no clue what I was talking about well I told her my feet hurt worse than when I had these on and I was measured incorrectly told by the ship in April and also in September 2025 she was very rude to her staff that she was managing to get me a card with the number to get some assistance I sent several messages from April 2025 was still no luck. They sent me a four for size and I am truly a five back in April. I was told to immediately to stop wearing them bring the full package receipt and the inserts back when we go in the September cruise 2025 I did that oh and they couldn’t help me either called customer service and they told me to bring it on the carnival radiance and of course that’s spa manager was pretty lazy and didn’t have time to get me remeasured but I do know that I am a five there is a warranty on this. I’m not happy make sure you’re measured correctly 199.99+ tax and shipping and tip for the fact that my feet hurt like hell you need to trust the people that work on these ships that they are measuring you correctly and in fact, they don’t know what they’re doing there’s a five-year warranty on them and I’m still trying to get taken care of. I haven’t even had them five months and I couldn’t even wear them again. It’s a waste of money just very upset with the process. I just want a refund. This is not my fault. They are the professionals now I’m paying the price for a product I cannot use which of damaged my feet even worse than before. I was wearing them. I think twice before buying.

I bought these on a Holland America cruise January 2023. I wore them in my sandals during the entire cruise and loved them. They have held up well, and I wish I had more so I wouldn't have to change them from one pair of shoes to another.

Hello my purchase of this product was on an Alaska cruise. Since I purchased these my plantus in my one foot and back problems this helped me so much. love these my husband is upset he didn't get a pair.

The best means of supporting your arch; regaining balance, alleviate pressures on joints and ankles! I’ve been using this by good feet over 20 years, and can’t say enough of the benefits. It’s the best product of its kind! I just purchased one for my daughter on a cruise recently, and she loves it! Highly recommend!

I bought sl4000 on cruise, it was an impulsive buying as i was actually in lot of pain. it was a 4-night cruise, initially when i wore it was something new for the feet but only after 2 days my pain from back and thigh had started becoming better. I was under pain for past 15days but this had a great effect on my overall condition, i was barely able to walk for few minutes but after wearing foot support now its almost 16days and i feel perfect. I would recommend this product HIGHLY if you want to get rid of any injury due to sports, yoga-joint /muscular pain. My Sciatica though has improved but not fully recovered but yes, all my pain is gone from other areas i was having trouble with.

I did a footprint read on the first day of my cruise last week. The associate helped me find the right insert for my feet and he had me try them out on the spot. I was amazed at the instant relief I felt in my heels. I have had plantar fasciitis for years and it's very painful. I was instructed to start out wearing them for 2 hours the first day, 4 hours the second, 6 the third, etc... On the first day, I took them off after the two hours, but decided to put them back on for the rest of the day an hour later. I wore them all day, every day of my cruise and they were AWESOME!!! They've changed the quality of my life (I'm a busy mom of 8 kids, 42 years old).

I bought these on Carnival Spirit. I was not happy with the salesman because he said "if you buy these after you leave the ship, it will cost you $1000." I did buy one pair because I spoke to the staff who did my cruise message and she said they helped her. So when I did go buy one pair, the ship staff tried to upsell me. I do like them although they lack cushion in the heel. They are nice if I want to put them in shoes that have no arch support

I just bought on our cruise 5/22/2022 ... great comfort and support ... the gentleman who helped me was amazing and explained everything to me.

Buyer's remorse. Useless product, why the worthless velcro dots?, and the full insoles just thrown in for what? I hate the price: I bought $199 worth of 6"x2.5" molded plastic. No return policy at the Princess Cruise Spa.

Have two pair which were bought during a Holland America cruise. I use them in deck- type shoes that have no arch support and are not pleasant to wear for prolonged periods. The arch supports work and they also hold up and fit better better than other (cheaper) arch supports you can buy at the drug store.

My shoes don't seem to fit as well and my feet slip inside them. I have had trouble with my shoe heel being too wide. I asked the spa associate if my shoes would fit better with the SL4000. He said they would, but this has not borne out to be true. I bought them on the Ruby Princess, January 17, 2022. My husband was also fitted. He isn't sure about the benefit at this point.

I purchased these inserts years ago on a cruise ship and so happy I did. The insoles are wonderful and my lower back pain is gone. Great product, worth the money. Thank you EnduraStep for SL4000 ????

Bought the Good Feet Arch Supports onboard Holland America Eurodam December 2018. My lower back pain disappeared shortly after wearing in my shoes. And was I glad about this! Ever since I was a child, I've had flat feet. These arch supports are fantastic. The quality is first rate as they are made from some sort of hard plastic that bends slightly yet allows them to retain their shape no matter the pressure via walking, running, whatever. These arches will become your best friend for your body soon after your purchase. I recommend these be bought during an in-person sales presentation so that the sales associate can show you exactly which arch support you need and why. I purchased these on a Royal Caribbean Cruise 2 years ago, and used them in most shoes. Unfortunately, my pup got hold of them and destroyed them so am ordering another pair since I have been suffering, of late, from plantar fasciitis, so,really need these. I have some from a foot doctor, but they are too thick to wear in most shoes. These have really helped me, for sure! They fitted me, onboard with size 3, according to the box, so I am placing my order for that size.

I purchased these on a Norwegian cruise several years ago, and I have not been disappointed! These are awesome. I now have some heel issues, in the market for support products. I do need more Fasteners though. Guess I will purchase another pair of the SL4000 too!

I purchased these on a Carnival cruise in November of 2018. I had suffered from plantar’s fasciitis and had pretty chronic foot and leg pain, even after the PF went away. I was impressed by the demo on the ship and decided to take a chance. I began wearing them immediately and noticed a huge improvement within 2-3 days. I used them daily in every shoe that I wore and my foot, leg, and even back pain disappeared. Worth every cent. I am replacing mine because a new puppy chewed my original pair, but it’s definitely worth it to me.

I noticed Good Feet insoles on the ship I thought I would look into it. My hip, neck, knees, especially for my feet I was in so much pain it was awful. I bought a pair wore my insoles going through customs and barley any pain my feet love them and so do I.

I bought a pair of these about six weeks ago and have worn them everyday since. I had to stop running half marathons two years ago because of an old knee injury, which meant I had constant pain on walking. I ran a 21.1km trail run yesterday and had no pain at all in my knee, neither during the run nor after. I can't say for certain that this is the result of the insoles, but I'm a scientist and don't believe in coincidences. I would like to get a pair for my daughter but now sure how since they can't be fitted....

I thought I had tried everything....these have helped me SO much I had plantar fasciitis for almost two years. These are NOT expensive if you add up all I spent previously on shoes, insoles, massage, acupuncture etc. I got these on a Norwegian cruise and I was skeptical; but also thought I had nothing to lose. So HAPPY my foot pain is gone !!!
